On 18 November 2025, we’ll be at Horizon4Poland’25 in Warsaw, showcasing VR Health Champions and promoting the ongoing VR Health Champions Open Call 2026.
Horizon4Poland’25 is one of the leading annual events connecting science, business, and public stakeholders in Poland. It gathers around 500 participants at the Polish History Museum for a full day of panel discussions, pitching sessions, and high-impact matchmaking. It’s where real collaborations are born — and exactly where VR for health should be.
Our presence at the event
At Horizon4Poland’25, the VR Health Champions project will be represented through several key activities. At our VR booth, visitors will have the opportunity to meet three of our flagship SMEs — MedApp, Metaskills, and Virtuleap — each showcasing how extended reality is transforming healthcare practice and education. In addition, Hossein Jalali , Cofounder & CTO, Virtuleap is expected to join the pitching session, presenting XR-driven innovations in cognitive training and digital health. Finally, Cristiana Costa, VR Health Champions Project Coordinator, will take part in a panel discussion, contributing her perspective on how immersive technologies can accelerate healthcare transformation across Europe.
Horizon4Poland’25 is designed for practical collaboration — combining expertly curated B2B meetings, direct access to programme representatives, and a network of partners ready to co-create competitive Horizon Europe proposals. If you’re working in XR and healthcare innovation, it’s the perfect place to connect, learn, and grow.
