On 15–16 July 2025, project partners gathered in Kraków for a hands-on working session to assess progress and plan the next steps in supporting the development of innovative SME solutions. The meeting was hosted by one of the project partners – Klaster LifeScience Kraków, bringing together the community in the heart of Poland’s innovation hub.
The meeting provided a dedicated space to evaluate the current status of each participating SME’s solution in close collaboration with their assigned consortium partners. Each SME delivered a concise update on their work to date, followed by focused discussions on concrete next steps to accelerate the maturity of their innovations.
A key element of the meeting was the open exchange of feedback—including blockers, misalignments, and areas requiring clarification—that may be slowing down or limiting the collaboration’s effectiveness. These insights will directly inform the design of the upcoming technical support mechanisms.
Beyond the technical agenda, the meeting was vital in fostering trust and openness among partners. This positive and cooperative atmosphere is expected to strengthen the joint efforts in the upcoming phases of the project.
